August 15, 2006, Vancouver, B.C - The BC Cancer Foundation announced today the official launch of its sixth BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery.

Grand Prize Mainland is a classic, traditional city mansion in the heart of Vancouver’s prestigious Shaughnessy neighborhood. It boasts a personal indoor spa, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, and comes with a 2007 BMW 525i parked in the driveway and $25,000 cash. Grand Prize Island features spectacular views of downtown Victoria from an exclusive Bear Mountain resort retreat and includes a 2007 Audi A3 and $25,000 cash. Beginning August 14th, households throughout B.C. will receive a lottery brochure with details on all 4,605 prizes, including the $100,000 Luxurious Lifestyle Early Bird Prize. The BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery is expected to raise more than $2.5 million this year, which will be directed exclusively towards cancer research at the BC Cancer Agency, adding to the almost $12 million raised over the past five years.
Only 115,000 tickets are available, at $100 each, with 3-packs for $250 and new this year, 5-packs for $400.
