BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery 2006:
Hot Property, Top Location!

August 15, 2006, Vancouver, B.C - The BC Cancer Foundation announced today the official launch of its sixth BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery.

“The people of British Columbia have always been so supportive of the BC Cancer Foundation and its fundraising initiatives and we are certain they will be thrilled about this year’s prize package," said Mary McNeil, president & CEO of the BC Cancer Foundation. "The Grand Prize Mainland showhome will be open to the public daily and we urge you to come out and view this spectacular home.”

Grand Prize Mainland is a classic, traditional city mansion in the heart of Vancouver’s prestigious Shaughnessy neighborhood. It boasts a personal indoor spa, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, and comes with a 2007 BMW 525i parked in the driveway and $25,000 cash. Grand Prize Island features spectacular views of downtown Victoria from an exclusive Bear Mountain resort retreat and includes a 2007 Audi A3 and $25,000 cash. Grand Prize Okanagan awards a luxurious condo at Silver Star Mountain Resort, a 2007 Porsche Cayman S and $25,000 cash!

Beginning August 14th, households throughout B.C. will receive a lottery brochure with details on all 4,605 prizes, including the $100,000 Luxurious Lifestyle Early Bird Prize. The BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery is expected to raise more than $2.5 million this year, which will be directed exclusively towards cancer research at the BC Cancer Agency, adding to the almost $12 million raised over the past five years.

Only 115,000 tickets are available, at $100 each, with 3-packs for $250 and new this year, 5-packs for $400.
