If you want to create a lasting legacy, consider establishing an endowment fund at the BC Cancer Foundation in your name or in the name or memory of a loved one. The gift that you contribute to the endowment fund will be held forever and only the interest earned will be used to support the purpose that you designate.

Step 1: Meet with a BC Cancer Foundation representative and, possibly, our researchers or clinicians to determine the area of cancer research or care you wish to benefit;

Step 2: Together with a BC Cancer Foundation representative, develop the Terms of Reference, a document that outlines how the fund is to be established and the purpose for which the income will be used;

Step 3: Receive an annual report outlining the projects funded by the fund income.
