Gifts of Residual Interest

You can make a gift of personal or real property to the BC Cancer Foundation (e.g. real estate, antiques, art works, etc.) and retain a right to use the property during your lifetime.

Step 1: Confirm that your financial plan would benefit from an immediate tax credit.

Step 2: Work with our planned giving professionals and your lawyer to structure a trust using the correct name and charity number as follows:
